Please be aware that Time & Fables, LLC is owned by the artist and her husband. All items are created, sourced, photographed, advertised, graded, and packaged independently! For this reason and the handmade nature of the designs, your items may have slight variations, defects, or imperfections. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business! ♡

Shipping

For in-stock items you can expect shipment within 3-5 business days during non-Holiday times.
During Holiday seasons you can expect shipment between 3-9 business days. For rush order shipping please contact me in advance!
Pre-order items will all have their own shipping times but may take between 1-8 weeks to ship.
Subscription items will ship within the first week of the month.
Items shipped may or may not be tracked, usually depending on the size and location of the order.

International Customers

If you are in the EU your order must be over 150£. Please message me at TimeAndFables@gmail.com to order, or you may shop on my Etsy store at any time!
The customer is responsible for VAT and other customs or import fees.

Returns & Exchanges

There are no returns or exchanges on any of my products for multiple reasons.

Items may be received through a blind bag, mystery bag, or subscription service. To eliminate misuse of these discounted items I cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Due to COVID-19 and other health-related risks I cannot accept returned items.
Items cannot be resold and therefore I cannot compensate buyers for unwanted items.
